ITALIAN WINE NIGHT

YEAH!  My favorite region.  We left it wide open and said to bring anything from Italy, hoping that we would get some fun different selections and be tasting different varietals.  In true Los Angeles fashion, everyone was VERY excited for the 2nd blind wine tasting, but starting dropping like flies as the evening approached and we ended up with only 4 couples.  We had a great spread of all Italian cheeses to complement the evening(thank you Trader Joes!).

We tasted five different wines and I liked them all(as I said–my FAVORITE region).  But there was a clear winner and loser and once again it wasn’t the most expensive wine that came out ahead. Thanks to Brandon and Stephanie for bringing a fantastic wine that also comes with a fantastic price.  We will be drinking more of this!
