My husband said I could have my own restaurant after this dish! Isn’t he sweet!! It helps that most of it was straight out of garden. Fresh Basil, Steamed organic Beets, Vine Ripened Heirloom Tomatoes, Avocado and Burrata cheese, plus a homemade tomato, relish! Delicious….
